Guinness World Records has officially confirmed that Nigerian chef Hilda Baci, in partnership with Gino Nigeria, has set a new world record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice. The remarkable feat saw an astonishing 8,780 kilograms of the iconic West African dish cooked and served in Lagos, making history on the global stage.

The event, which took place in Victoria Island, drew thousands of onlookers, celebrities, and food enthusiasts eager to witness the culinary spectacle.
