The deceased, identified as Cynthia Oguzie, had reportedly just moved into the apartment two months ago. According to eyewitness reports, the tank fell from above, crashed through the roof and ceiling, and landed directly into her bedroom, fatally injuring her.
Cynthia, said to be 30 years old, was reportedly taking a nap at the time of the incident.
