
Malaysia Airlines has proudly welcomed the arrival of its seventh Airbus A330neo, marking another milestone in the carrier’s fleet modernization program. The aircraft touched down at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) from Toulouse at 12:14 p.m., piloted by Captain Tham Yew Kit, Captain Husain Ahmad Shafie, Captain Najwan Reshan Nahdan Rengganathan, and First Officer Wan Ahmad Nasharien Wan Zulkifli.
The national carrier expressed gratitude to its team of engineers who were on ground to ensure a smooth handover and integration of the new aircraft into operations. The addition is expected to enhance Malaysia Airlines’ long-haul travel experience and reinforce its commitment to offering passengers world-class comfort and service.
The A330neo is equipped with a redefined Business Class cabin, featuring private suites with direct aisle access, fully flat beds, and advanced in-flight entertainment on ultra-clear 4K screens. Passengers can also enjoy modern conveniences such as Bluetooth pairing and wireless charging.
With the aircraft now in service, travelers can book journeys aboard the A330neo to destinations including Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, and Bali.
