Nigerian youth figure and entrepreneur, Peller, has spoken out about the emotional and psychological weight of familial responsibilities that have fallen on his shoulders at a young age. In a candid statement, he revealed his struggles with visiting home, despite ensuring his family’s well-being from afar.
“I don’t like going home to see my family. I just send them things to make sure they are okay, because my mentality has passed staying with them,” he shared. “Even though I have an elder brother, it feels like I’m their parents.”
