Who Killed Justice Azuka? Police Allegedly Aided Suspects’ Escape.

SARs on Monday.

The question is, how many Police Men were part of these arrest movement in the first place? How many suspecta were with these men of SARS on that Journey?

Ndi Anambra, There were three suspects in that bus with SARs men. Those suspects were purportedly on chains, but they were not. When they got to the place where those SARs men has arranged for those Suspects escape, one of the three suspects in the Bus jump out and started running. The question now, how can someone you put on chains can get jump out from where you guys said you wanted to piss and started running. The driver of the Vehicle, which I believe was a police officer was still inside the Bus. Those officer pretended to be pursuing the one that jumped from a parked Bus, a bus that is not in motion. Then the driver who pretended to have witnessed the escape of the other guy, left his key in the ignition and come down. Why didn’t the Driver used his vehicle to pursue the guy. Rather he came down and was running towards the other officers while leaving two other suspects in the bus.

What happened next? Those two suspects started the Vehicle and made a U-turn and drove that Car to a particular spot, where they removed the purported chains on their legs and Hands and escaped while abandoning the SARs Vehicle on the Road.

The SARs personnel later came back with the first suspect who initiated escape with some wounds. But by then, the other boys have escaped.

The SARs officials came back to Awukuzu with this their story and the other suspect. They warned that suspect not to disclose what happened or they will kill him and bury him. That suspect is still there. Police should retrieve that boy from SARs Awukuzu custody. They boy should be made to tell his story. Though I would not be surprised if I hear that he is dead. He died of bullet wounds or gunshots from the escape.

Issues to Look at:
1.Did Police later arrested the man they said he is the one receiving stolen goods from those guys?

2.The first guy that wanted to escape, was he part of those guys (gang) that was arrested over Hon Azuka’s murder? If he was not part of them, what was his mission with those SARs officers in recovering the stolen items?

3.Arresting them is not enough. This is a high conspiracy. Nigeria Police should confiscate all the Cellphones of these criminals officers. Check their Phone records in the last one week. They should also freeze their accounts and use their BVN to trace their transactions.

4.Nigerian Police should interview All the cellmates of these suspects. Find out where they were kept before this orchestrated escape. Those who were in the SARs Cell between the day those guys were brought there and this time of escape, should be interrogated also.

5.Nigerian Police should as a matter of urgency, release the Photos of these criminals. We all know that as at the time of the Police release, these people are no longer in Anambra State.

6.Nigerian Police or DSS should look for case file of some Umunya and Ifite-Dunu People, who were brought there and we’re in the cell. There was a land dispute between these two communities. Many of Umunya indigenes were brought there. Many of there released on Tuesday, that is yesterday. Let them tell their stories over this incident and what they witnessed.

Hon Justice Azuka must not die in Vain. Justice must prevail. No matter the Social status and Political status of anyone involved in this matter, he must be brought to justice.

On a final note, I call on Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Achebe, Ndi Agbalanze Onitsha, the prominent sons and daughters of Onicha Ado N’Idu, Senator Dr Tony Nwoye (Ayaka Nsugbe) and other well meaning Ndi Anambra not to allow this to slide.
